This document has been created to inform users of social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook, using the profiles E-WOLA OLGA BURLAK for correspondence and sharing their personal data.
This document constitutes the Privacy Policy, containing essential information regarding the processing of personal data provided to the Administrator when using the E-WOLA OLGA BURLAK profiles. The document’s validity is dependent on legal regulations, therefore, I reserve the right to make changes resulting from the implementation of new regulations.
DEFINITIONS
LAW - The Act on the Protection of Personal Data of May 10, 2018 (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1000, as amended).
GDPR - Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
PERSONAL DATA - Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. In the European Union, the definition of personal data is specified in Article 4 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). According to the GDPR, personal data means: "any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person ('data subject'); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, particularly by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or one or more specific factors that define the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of that person."
DATA CONTROLLER - The entity (natural or legal person, public authority, agency, or another body) that determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data, either alone or in collaboration with others. In other words, the data controller is responsible for managing personal data and ensuring compliance with data protection laws. This definition is provided in Article 4 of the GDPR.
DATA PROCESSOR - A third-party entity to whom the controller transfers personal data.
USER - A natural person using the social media profile on Instagram and Facebook to view content or use the services provided by the Administrator.
PROFILE - The account on social media platforms Instagram and Facebook named E-WOLA OLGA BURLAK.

V. RIGHTS OF THE USER
  • The user has the right to request from the administrator information about the scope of processing their personal data at any time.
  • The user has the right to request the correction or rectification of their personal data at any time.
  • The user has the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time, without needing to provide a reason. Withdrawal of consent can apply to all or only selected processing purposes. The withdrawal of consent does not affect actions already taken.
  • The user has the right to request the deletion of their data at any time.
  • The user has the right to object to the processing of personal data at any time, with respect to all personal data or for specific purposes or specific data. Such objection will not affect actions already taken.
  • The user has the right to request a restriction on the processing of their personal data for a specified time or indefinitely. This request will not affect actions already taken.
  • The user has the right to request that their data be transferred to another entity.

VIII. TRANSFER OF DATA PROCESSING TO THIRD PARTIES
The administrator has the right to delegate the processing of personal data to other entities (processors) with which they cooperate in managing the E-WOLA OLGA BURLAK profiles, for the necessary fulfillment of intended purposes.
Personal data will not be shared with third parties or transferred to other entities for the purpose of sending marketing materials.
Due to cooperation with other entities in the management of the profile, the data may be processed both within Poland and abroad.
